Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the TideCraft website, online store, content, products, and related services. Throughout these Terms, “TideCraft,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the TideCraft store operating from 2009 P Avenue, New Castle, IN 47362, United States.

By visiting our website, browsing products, submitting information, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or purchase products through the store.

Use of the Store

TideCraft provides an online storefront for water sports and outdoor leisure products, including paddle boards, kayaks, paddles, snorkeling gear, wetsuits, life jackets, camping tents, sleeping pads, hammocks, and camp lighting.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to interfere with the website, misuse its functionality, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, or use the store in a way that could harm TideCraft, other customers, service providers, or third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide during checkout or other interactions with the store is accurate, current, and complete.

Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, specifications, sizing information, features, and other product details accurately. However, screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing updates, measurement methods, and other factors may cause minor differences between online presentation and the physical product.

Product availability may change without notice. Items displayed on the website are not guaranteed to remain available, and we may limit quantities, discontinue products, modify product information, or update selections when reasonably necessary.

Orders, Acceptance and Payment

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including where an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, order information is incomplete or inaccurate, a pricing or listing error is identified, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If an order is canceled after payment has been successfully collected, any applicable refund will be processed using the appropriate payment method or another reasonable method where necessary.

Pricing, Discounts and Promotions

Prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency presented at checkout unless otherwise stated. Prices, product availability, promotional offers, and discount conditions may change without prior notice where permitted by law.

TideCraft currently offers a Limited-Time 14% Off promotion where applicable. The offer may be limited by time, product eligibility, order requirements, availability, or other conditions displayed in connection with the promotion.

Promotional discounts generally cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers unless the applicable promotion expressly permits combination.

In the event of an obvious pricing, typographical, technical, or promotional error, we may correct the error and, where necessary, cancel or adjust affected orders in accordance with applicable law.

Shipping and Delivery

TideCraft provides free shipping on all products. Our standard delivery timeframe is 3–5 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates based on normal processing and carrier conditions and are not absolute guarantees. Weather events, transportation interruptions, address issues, carrier delays, high-volume periods, holidays, regional disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery timing.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a package cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or otherwise unusable, additional resolution steps may be required.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or carrier processing, certain address modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Returns and Exchanges

TideCraft provides free returns and exchanges within 30 days, subject to the eligibility requirements and procedures applicable to the return or exchange.

Products should be returned in an appropriate condition with included components, accessories, documentation, and packaging where reasonably required to complete the return review.

We may review returned merchandise to confirm eligibility and condition. Products that have been damaged through misuse, improper handling, unauthorized alteration, negligent storage, or use inconsistent with their intended purpose may not qualify for the same remedies as an eligible standard return.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution after an approved refund has been issued.

• The return or exchange request must fall within the applicable 30-day period.
• Customers may be asked to provide order information needed to identify the purchase.
• Returned items should include the components reasonably necessary to evaluate and process the return.
• Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method where possible.

Product Use and Outdoor Safety

Water sports and outdoor activities involve conditions and risks that can vary significantly based on weather, water, location, equipment, user experience, physical ability, local regulations, and other circumstances.

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately, reviewing product instructions and warnings, assessing current conditions, following applicable laws and regulations, and making decisions consistent with their skill level and circumstances.

The purchase or use of a TideCraft product does not replace appropriate training, supervision, professional instruction, emergency planning, safety equipment, or responsible judgment where those measures are appropriate.

Personal flotation products, water equipment, shelter products, lighting, and other outdoor products should be inspected before use and maintained according to applicable instructions.

Reviews, Feedback and User Content

If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, feedback, or other content to TideCraft, you represent that you have the right to provide that material and that your submission does not violate the rights of another person.

Content you submit must not be unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, defamatory, abusive, infringing, malicious, or designed to introduce harmful code.

Where you intentionally provide content for publication or promotional use, you grant TideCraft a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, format, display, and communicate that content in connection with the store, subject to applicable law and any separate permissions or restrictions communicated at the time of submission.

We may remove or decline to publish content that violates these Terms, applicable law, platform requirements, or reasonable community standards.

This provision does not require a customer to assume responsibility for matters that applicable law does not permit TideCraft to transfer to the customer.

No Waiver
